• Bologna airport Guglielmo Marconi is about 55 km from the DISMI campus. Reach the Bologna Centrale train station by taxi or by the Marconi Express shuttle service, then follow the next steps.

• Parma airport Giuseppe Verdi is about 30 km from the DISMI campus. Reach the Parma Stazione FS train station by taxi or by bus line no. 6, then follow thw next steps.

By train: 

Check the timetable with Reggio Emilia stazione FS as destination.

Then from Reggio Emilia stazione FS:

 take local train line with Reggio S. Lazzaro as terminus. Get off at Reggio S. Lazzaro train stop.

By bus (from Reggio Emilia stazione FS train station):

• bus line no. 2 (Rubiera terminus): get off at the Ca’ Bianca (San Lazzaro) bus stop then walk following the link for the Morselli pavilion shown above;

• bus line no. 8 (Via Curie terminus): get off at the Ca’ Bianca (San Lazzaro) bus stop then walk following the link for the Morselli pavilion shown above;

By car:

from the A1 motorway:

– if traveling north: take the Modena Nord exit. After the tollgate, turn right following the signs to Tangenziale and then Reggio E. Then keep following Via Emilia road towards Reggio E., crossing Rubiera. At the Via Amendola – Via Curie roundabout, take the first exit and enter the San Lazzaro campus through the gate. Then follow to DISMI headquarter at Morselli pavilion.

– if traveling south: take the Reggio Emilia exit. After the tollgate, at the roundabout (Calatrava bridge) turn right following the signs to Parma/Modena. At the next roundabout (Ferrari car), take the second exit following to Parma/Modena and Tangenziale Nord. At the fork: keep the left towards Carpi/Modena. Follow the ring road for less than 4 km and then take exit no. 3 (Gavassa/Reggio E. Centro). At the roundabout take the first exit towards Scandiano/Sassuolo. Follow the Via dell’Aeronautica road (then named Viale del Partigiano) till the 4th roundabout. There take the second exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit (Via Turri) and follow up to the crossroads with Via Emilia: turn left and then follow the road (then named Via Amendola) At the Via Amendola – Via Curie roundabout, take the third exit and enter the San Lazzaro campus through the gate. Then follow to DISMI headquarter at Morselli pavilion.

Car parkings: the are several free car parkings inside and near the UNIMORE campus. The two recommended are:

• inside: the free entrance parking (small)
• just outside: the railway parking (capacious)
