The Digital Automation Engineering Programme headquarter is located at the
         UNIMORE Department of Sciences and Methods for Engineering (DISMI),

         in Via Amendola, 2 – pavilion “Morselli” – 42122 Reggio Emilia

 

 

  The lessons will be held at the UNINDUSTRIA headquarters, located in
         Via Toschi, 30 – 42121 Reggio Emilia


 

How to reach us:

 

By plane: 

  • Bologna airport Guglielmo Marconi is about 55 km from the DISMI campus. Reach the Bologna Centrale train station by taxi or by the Marconi Express shuttle service, then follow the next steps.
  • Parma airport Giuseppe Verdi is about 30 km from the DISMI campus. Reach the Parma Stazione FS train station by taxi or by bus line no. 6, then follow thw next steps.

 

By train: 

Check the timetable with Reggio Emilia stazione FS as destination.

Then from Reggio Emilia stazione FS:

– to DISMI headquarters: 

 take local train line with Reggio S. Lazzaro as terminus. Get off at Reggio S. Lazzaro train stop.       

 (travel time: 3 minutes; cost: 1,5 €)

 

By bus (from Reggio Emilia stazione FS train station):

 

– to DISMI headquarters: 

  • bus line no. 2 (Rubiera terminus): get off at the Ca’ Bianca (San Lazzaro) bus stop then walk following the link for the Morselli pavilion shown above;

  • bus line no. 8 (Via Curie terminus): get off at the Ca’ Bianca (San Lazzaro) bus stop then walk following the link for the Morselli pavilion shown above;

    • (travel time: 15 minutes; cost: 2,9 €)

– to UNINDUSTRIA headquarters (from Reggio Emilia FS train station):

  • bus line no. 5 (Rivalta terminus): get off at Porta S. Pietro bus stop, then walk along Viale Monte Grappa till the crossroads: turn right into Via S. Martino and follow till the destination.

    • (travel time: 1 minute by bus + 5 minutes by walk; cost: 2,9 €)

  • bus line no. H (Parcheggio-Stadio terminus): get off at Porta S. Pietro bus stop, then walk along Viale Monte Grappa till the crossroads: turn right into Via S. Martino and follow till the destination.

    (travel time: 1 minute by bus + 5 minutes by walk; cost: 2,9 €)

  • bus line no. 1 (Albinea-Botteghe terminus): get off at the Viale dei Mille bus stop then walk along Viale dei Mille till the crossroads: turn right into Via Tintoretto, then Via S. Martino and follow till the destination.

    (travel time: 1 minute by bus + 7 minutes by walk; cost: 2,9 €);

By car:

– to DISMI headquarters: 

from the A1 motorway:

– if traveling north: take the Modena Nord exit. After the tollgate, turn right following the signs to Tangenziale and then Reggio E. Then keep following Via Emilia road towards Reggio E., crossing Rubiera. At the Via Amendola – Via Curie roundabout, take the first exit and enter the San Lazzaro campus through the gate. Then follow to DISMI headquarter at Morselli pavilion.

– if traveling south: take the Reggio Emilia exit. After the tollgate, at the roundabout (Calatrava bridge) turn right following the signs to Parma/Modena. At the next roundabout (Ferrari car), take the second exit following to Parma/Modena and Tangenziale Nord. At the fork: keep the left towards Carpi/Modena. Follow the ring road for less than 4 km and then take exit no. 3 (Gavassa/Reggio E. Centro). At the roundabout take the first exit towards Scandiano/Sassuolo. Follow the Via dell’Aeronautica road (then named Viale del Partigiano) till the 4th roundabout. There take the second exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit (Via Turri) and follow up to the crossroads with Via Emilia: turn left and then follow the road (then named Via Amendola) At the Via Amendola – Via Curie roundabout, take the third exit and enter the San Lazzaro campus through the gate. Then follow to DISMI headquarter at Morselli pavilion.

 

Car parkings: the are several free car parkings inside and near the UNIMORE campus. The two recommended are:

 – to UNINDUSTRIA headquarters:

from the A1 motorway: take the Reggio Emilia exit. After the tollgate, at the roundabout (Calatrava bridge) turn right following the signs to Parma/Modena. At the next roundabout (Ferrari car), take the second exit following to Parma/Modena and Tangenziale Nord. At the fork: keep the right towards Parma/La Spezia. Follow the ring road for about 1,5 4 km. At the roundabout take the third exit following the signs to Centro/Acquatico. At the next roundabaout take the second exit and keep following the signs to Centro and then follow Via XX Settembre through two roundabouts. At the 3rd roundabout take the first exit and follow to Zucchi Park along Via Fratelli Manfredi (then Viale Regina Elena). At the crossroads turn right and follow Viale Isonzo (= inner ring road of the city) for about 2 km. Then turn left into Via Tiziano, turn right into Viale Monte Grappa; turn left into Via Campo Marzio and finally turn right into Via D. Zeffirino Jodi, which terminates in front of the Unindustria headquarters.

till the roundabout (geometric shapes): take the 3rd exit (Via Emilia). Then turn right in Corso Garibaldi and follow for Guido da Castello, Palazzolo, Prampolini, Toschi.

and then take exit no. 3 (Gavassa/Reggio E. Centro). At the roundabout take the first exit towards Scandiano/Sassuolo. Follow the Via dell’Aeronautica road (then named Viale del Partigiano) till the 4th roundabout.
