Professor Alves de Queiroz from Federal University of Catalao has joined DAE to teach Optimization Methods in Python

For the second consecutive year, the Digital Automation Engineering master’s course is privileged to host Professor Thiago Alves de Queiroz, a distinguished figure in Operations Research and the Director of Research at the Federal University of Catalão in Brazil. Professor Alves de Queiroz will be leading a laboratory session as part of the course titled ‘Optimization Methods for Data-Driven Engineering Processes’ during the first year of the program. He will be introducing students to the application of optimization methods using Python.
